These springs can be wound in constant or variable pitch along their length and can be straight compression springs, conical compression springs or have variable diameter.

The wire range we currently operate with, are in the range of 0.15 mm to 4.00 mm diameter and can be round, square or rectangular wire. The ends of the springs can be made round, open, squared or ground as specified.

We manufacture tension springs with virtually any type of loop, or special type ends with our automatic coiling and looping facilities. Springs can be supplied with machine loops, full cross loops or special extended loops.

Our own tooling facility enables us to take on any orders that require special tooling even though we always try to eliminate slow and costly secondary handling of production runs. These savings are passed on to the customer in the form of improved quality, shorter lead times and lower costs
